Who is your life partner?

Who is your life partner? Mom? Dad? Wife? Son? Husband? Daughter? Friends? Not a all! Your real life partner is your Body. Once your body stops responding, no one is with you. You and your body stay together from birth till death. What you do to your body is your responsibility and that will come back to you. The more you care for your body, the more your body will care for you. What you eat, what you do to be fit, how you deal with stress, how much rest you give to it; will decide how your body’s going to respond. Remember, Your body is the only permanent address where you live. Your body is your asset/liability, which no one else can share. Your body is your responsibility. Because you, are a real-life partner.  Be fit. Take care of your "self". Money comes and goes. Relatives and Friends are not permanent. Remember no one can help your body other than you. Do the following: - Pranayama – for Lungs - Meditation – for Mind - Yoga- for Body - Walking – for Heart - Good food –...

Feedback is a gift

Feedback is a gift.  "We all need people who will give us feedback, that's how we improve" ~ Bill Gates "Feedback is the breakfast of champions" ~ Ken Blanchard "Did you keep the receipt?" ~ Sue Temple You always have a choice to act or not.  Only you can choose how to feel about the feedback and decide what you what to do with this amazing gift you have been given... no-one else can do that to or for you.  It's like any good habit - the gym, healthy eating, early nights - which takes time to get used to but once you do you won't look back. Words of Wisdom

Words of Wisdom from Saint Seraphim of Sarov Drink water from the spring where horses drink. The horse will never drink bad water. Lay your bed where the cat sleeps. Eat the fruit that has been touched by a worm. Boldly pick the mushroom on which the insects sit. Plant the tree where the mole digs. Build your house where the snake sits to warm itself. Dig your fountain where the birds hide from heat. Go to sleep and wake up at the same time with the birds – you will reap all of the days golden grains. Eat more green – you will have strong legs and a resistant heart, like the beings of the forest. Swim often and you will feel on earth like the fish in the water. Look at the sky as often as possible and your thoughts will become light and clear. Be quiet a lot, speak little – and silence will come in your heart, and your spirit will be calm and full of peace.
