    3. The idea is that if you never break anything, you're probably not moving fast enough.

    1. Informed people take better decisions. 
    2. People with more information can make better decisions and have a greater impact.

    1. Build real value for the people. 
    2. Focus every day on how to build real value for the world in everything they do.

When I was in the army, I received the kind of aptitude test that all soldiers took and, against a normal of 100, scored 160. No one at the base had ever seen a figure like that, and for two hours they made a big fuss over me. (It didn't mean anything.
